These terms and conditions govern your use of the VisaTreat website and the visa-assistance services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
VisaTreat is a visit-visa consultancy operated by Tour Mate Tours LLC, a limited liability company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, holding Travel and Tourism Licence number 1021948. Our office is at Al Moosa Tower 1, 5th Floor, Office 509, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, opposite the Museum of the Future. You can reach us on +971 50 985 4001 or at concierge@visatreat.ae.
We assist UAE residents with visit-visa applications. This includes guidance on documents, completing and submitting applications, paying official fees on your behalf where agreed, and booking appointments such as VFS biometrics where required.
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, embassy or consulate. We do not control or influence those decisions and we do not guarantee that any application will be approved. Our role is to prepare and present your application accurately and to give you honest guidance.
Our service fee is quoted to you before we begin and is separate from official government, embassy and VFS fees. Official fees are set by third parties and can change. We confirm the current figures before you pay.
Official government and embassy fees are generally non-refundable once an application is submitted, as these are paid to third parties. Our service fee is handled in line with the refund terms agreed with you at the time of engagement.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for outcomes outside our control, including visa refusals, changes to government rules or fees, appointment availability, or delays caused by third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
